Lumoa Free Trial
Are you a first-time user in Lumoa? This guide will walk you through how to create an account with Lumoa, and analyze customer feedback using a free trial.

Step 1 - Signing up to Lumoa
The first step to using the Lumoa free trial is to create an account. You can choose to login in three ways:
Creating a new email address and password.
Log in with your Microsoft account.
Log in with your Google account.
If you already have an account with Lumoa, click "Log in". Note: In this way, you will skip the free trial completely.
For Microsoft and Google accounts, you might need to give basic app access (similar to the screenshot below). Please confirm or else you won't be able to access Lumoa.
Step 2 - Checking your Email
Once you have inserted your credentials (username and password), Lumoa will automatically send you an email. Check your email to verify your account.
Step 3 - Getting Started
Click Get started.
Lumoa will automatically create a Company and a Collection for you.
Step 4 - Choosing a Feedback Source
Choose a feedback source from:
An Integration or;
Uploading an Excel file
Using an Integration
If you choose an Integration, please note that you can fetch any public reviews. You don't need to login to any company, and no coding is required.
Insert the URL. Learn how to find an Integration URL.
Click on Name. By default, Lumoa will automatically display the App name.
Click on Integrate.
You will receive an email when your Integration is completed. It might take up to 24 hours to see the data. You will be redirected to the Impact page to view your data.
Uploading data with Excel
If you choose to upload data by an Excel file, follow these steps:
Choose a Source name. The name is useful to differentiate what kind of data is stored.
Choose a Metric type. Learn more about Metric types.
Choose AI language. English is the standard, but we also offer Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, and German.
Download Template. Learn how to make your Excel data ready, and download the Lumoa template.
Click Upload to upload your feedback.
Click Import. You will be redirected to the Impact page to view your data.
Good things to know:
With a free trial, you can fetch up to 1000 pieces of feedback. If you wish to see more feedback, upgrade to a paid package.
If you have an integration, your data will show feedback from the last 30 days. If you wish to see data from a longer period, upgrade to a paid package.
If you choose an Integration, your data will be automatically in English. Whereas, if you choose to upload data via an Excel file, you can choose one AI language among English, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, and German. However, if you require additional translations, please note that Lumoa offers translations from English to over 60 languages with a paid package only.
