When and how is a translation done?

The flow is the following:

  • Data gets submitted

  • Data is validated for correct tagging and naming (every feedback needs a "date", for example)

  • Data is anonymized using Lumoa AI (only if anonymization is setup)

  • Data is translated into chosen language (default English)

  • Data has sentiment applied

  • Data is assigned into Topics

  • Data is visible in the UI

Lumoa uses Microsoft Translation Service for translations.
