Different Graph Types

Below are some common use cases for graph combinations. Note that this is not an exhaustive list, and you can read more about Graphs in our dedicated Graphs Article.

Question: How can I see the most or least responses associated with a filter?

Answer: Select Bar/Column + Response Amount + Any Filter

Set "Graph Type = Bar/Line" and "Type = Response Amount" and select any desired filter (filters are customer specific) to see the overall number of responses by selected filter. For example, if you choose "country" as your filter, you will see the total number of responses per country i.e. Canada, Spain, Portugal, etc. In the example below, the highest number of responses (93) is from Canada.

Question: How can I see what Topics are most affecting our scores?

Answer: Select Waterfall + Impact

Set "Graph Type = Waterfall" and "Type = Impact" to see what is changing within your Topics, such as the change in score of impact topics comparing this period (i.e. this week) to last period (i.e. last week). Please note that this graph shows only the highest level of topics, not the complete list of topics.

In the example below, our score last month was 48.94 (on the left) and our current score this month is 46.72 (on the right). The change in score seems to be a lot of feedback getting negatively allocated to the "Payment" topic, as seen by the large red bar.

Question: How can I see what Topics are getting more/less feedback than normal?

Answer: Bar/Column + Topic Responses Trend

Set "Graph Type = Bar/Line" + "Type = Topic Responses Trend" to see change in the amount of feedback a topic gets per time period. As an example, if the "Easiness" topic got 500 responses last week, and 665 responses this week, the change in amount if 165. This is seen in the below image:

Question: How can I see the score for a specific filter over time?

Answer: Line + Filter Score + Any Filter

Set "Graph Type = Line" + "Type = Filter Score" and select any desired filter (this info is customer specific) to see the overall score by selected filter. Below you can see how the overall score for filter "Country = Finland" has been performing:
