What is the Focus view?

The Focus View is our way of letting you do a "deep dive" into a specific Topic. The goal is that you can get a better understanding of the type of data that is associated with a Topic, as well as what drives your Topic up or down, and how its been performing over time.

How can I access the Focus View?

The Focus View can be accessed by clicking directly onto the Topic itself. After, Lumoa will create a new View for you that houses the Focus View. By default, the Focus View will disappear after you navigate away or refresh the page. If you would like to keep the Focus View, you will need to save the view to the card you are on.

Check out the GIF below where we access the Focus View, and save the View to the card.

Note: If you want to leave the focus view and get back to viewing your overall data, you can do so by selecting the "Impacts" view from the left side menu (see image below). Keep in mind that the view you opened will still exist, an it should be visible from the bottom of the same left menu. When you leave this card, Lumoa will ask if you want to save the Focus View. If you do want to, follow the steps above in the GIF to save the view permanently on the left side menu.

What does the Focus View offer?

The Focus View is designed to give you a deep dive into a certain Topic. Starting from the KPI Widget, your overall score will be recalculated to show you the score for feedback only from the Topic that you are Focusing on (number 1 in image below).

The Graph will also change to show you how that score is performing over time, so that you can see how this Topic has been performing (number 2 in image below).

The Topics will recalculate to show you related Topics. Meaning when a Feedback comes in to the Topic you are focusing on, it is also often associated with these Topics (number 3 in image below).

Lastly, the Insights Summary will recalculate to show you the Summaries for just the Positive and Negative Impact for the Topic you are focusing on (number 4 in the image below).
