Why would I want to edit the colors of Lumoa?

Lumoa's default colors are blue and yellow, which can be seen from multiple places within the app. However, some users might feel more comfortable and willing to learn Lumoa if the app more reflects the theme and branding that they are familiar with. This is why we developed a feature that allows you to change the colors within Lumoa.

How can I edit my colors and branding in Lumoa?

Right now editing colors and branding is a beta feature that we plan on expanding in the future, and is only available upon request. There might also be a fee associated with the rebranding, please contact your CS manager or email [email protected] to learn more.

If you are eligible for the beta, you can find the page to edit colors under Settings -> Company Settings. Note that this requires you to be an Admin or higher in Lumoa:

What are the colors that I can edit in Lumoa?

  • Main Colors

    • Primary: Affects the background color of the Dashboard bar that is permanently visible on the left side of the screen

    • Secondary: Affects colors like the Share button, Filters Menu, User Invite button, and more.

  • Sentiment Colors

    • There are three Sentiment colors, Positive, Neutral, and Negative. Changing any of these will affect the display of those colors for:

      • The KPI Widget displayed on a card in the Dashboard as well as the Impact page

      • The Impact bars displayed next to a Topic on both the Impact and Compare page

      • Colors in the Default graph visible on the Impact page

      • Colors in the Waterfall Graph visible on the Impact page

      • Positive and Negative selection buttons that are visible on Topic and Insights widgets

      • Goal displayed in KPI widgets, for both failing and achieved goals

      • Sentiments displayed for Insights (AKA the happy/sad faces)

  • Graph Colors

    • These settings control what the colors of your Custom Graphs will use on the Impact page.

      • As an example, if you have a Bar Graph with 6 bars, and there are 6 colors defined, then each bar will get assigned a color is descending order.

        • If there are two colors defined, but more than 2 bars in your Bar Graph, then the bars will alternate back and forth between each color until all bars are displayed

        • The same logic is true regardless of how many colors you have defined or how many bars you need to display

        • The same is true if you are displaying lines, pie charts, bar graphs, etc.
