This guide will walk you through how to update filters (tags), also known as background data (such as age, country, department etc.) directly from customer feedback.

Before you begin

Instructions

  1. Click on the Card where you wish to change feedback filters, this will lead you to the Impact page.

  2. You can search for a feedback using the Search function, with the first 2-3 words of the feedback. In the example below, using "smooth and easy" keywords.

    4. On the left side of the feedback, click on the arrow.

  1. From there, click on the pen icon ✏️ to change the filters (tags) in that feedback.

  2. This will lead to a similar menu as below, select a new Filter.

  3. Click Save.
