Step 1: Refresh the page

Click the Refresh 🔁 button on the browser page. Alternatively, press F5 or Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page.


Step 2: Use Google Chrome

Lumoa works best with Google Chrome. If you're using Safari or Firefox, switch to Google Chrome.

Step 3: Log out and log in from Lumoa

To log out of Lumoa, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your User icon on the left hand side, and click Logout.

  2. Insert your Email address, and click Next.

  3. Insert your Password, and click Login.
