This guide will walk you through how to integrate App Store, Amazon, Booking.com, Capterra, Facebook, Google Play, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot with Lumoa.

With these integrations, you can collect customer feedback based on their reviews. Some examples:

  • App Store: Customer reviews from gaming apps, social media apps, etc.

  • Tripadvisor: Customer reviews from restaurants, hotels, etc.

  • Amazon: Customer reviews from health, beauty, and technical products.

To view this data, you don't need to download any app/page, you just need the URL. This integration is done in our Integrations Hub and no coding is required.

Before you begin

Instructions

To create an integration, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Lumoa account.

  2. On the bottom left-hand side, click Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Integrations tab at the top of the page.

  4. Under the Integration, click Open.


Starting your Integration

  1. On the bottom right of the page, hover over the plus button, and click Add integration.

Insert these fields:

  1. Add URL - You can get the URL directly from the platform.
    For example, for App Reviews, you can get the URL directly from the Apple Store website. In the example below, we searched for "Angry Birds 2" and added this URL: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/angry-birds-2/id880047117

  2. Collection for Integration - Select the Collection you want your data to go. Learn more about what is a Collection. You can:

    1. Create new Collection - You will need to create a name, anything that explains what kind of data is stored there, for example, "NPS" or;

    2. Select existing Collection - Select a Collection from the drop-down list.

  3. Name - Once you've inserted the URL, the name and icon image will be automatically pre-filled.

Once you've inserted all the fields above, click Integrate.

You should now see the Integration from the Integration Hub page:


Viewing the Data

To view the Integration data - the customer reviews, follow these steps:

  1. On the bottom left-hand side, click Settings.

  2. Go to Collections, and search the collection you've stored your Integration. Note: if you've created a new Collection, you might need to refresh the page and/or log back again. The newest Collection will be shown as last on the list.

  3. Click the 3 dots : on the right side of the Collection.

  4. Click Create Card in Dashboard. Learn how to create a Card.

You will have a Card with customer reviews from your Integration page/app.


Managing Topics for your Integration

By default, your Integration data will dummy a Demo Topic set. This will likely not be applicable to your data, and will need to be re-arranged based on the types of issues your customers are talking about. Learn more about how to setup Topic Modelling for your collection.
