You can apply a time filter to your survey results to view data from a specific time period or interval.

For example, if you have an ongoing NPS survey that is regularly distributed and remains active over time, you can filter your report to display only responses collected within the last 30 days.
This functionality is particularly useful for reviewing the most relevant responses and monitoring the progression of survey results over time.

Applying a Time Filter

To set a time filter:

  1. Locate the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner of your report.

    • By default, this is set to All time.

  2. Select one of the preset time options or choose Custom to define a specific time range.

  3. When selecting a start date, the end date will automatically default to today’s date. You may adjust this as needed.

Alternatively, you can find this filter by:

  • Opening the MANAGE REPORT menu.

  • Selecting Filters.

  • Choosing your preferred Report period.

Note: Changes to the time filter in either location will apply to the entire report unless specified otherwise.

Time Filters on Individual Series

Time filters can also be applied to individual data series within a report:

  1. In the left-hand menu, go to FILTERS.

  2. Under Report period, click the arrow to select a specific time range for that series.

You can define different time frames for each series in your report. For example:

  • One series could display data from the last 12 months,

  • Another from the last 6 months, and

  • A third from the past 30 days.

This allows for a quick visual comparison of trends and performance across various time periods.

Important:

  • If no individual time frame is set for a series, it will inherit the overall report's time frame.

  • A series with its own defined time frame will not be affected by changes made to the general report time frame.
